3D-Edgeband with glass effect
The 3D edgeband follows the trend towards combining different materials. It is a perfect match for glass, since it is itself made from transparent acrylic glass. The 3D-edgeband achieves its visual glasslike effect as a result of the milky colours on its reverse side. As is typically the case for glass, here light is also refracted in the milled radius. Furthermore: when polished to a high gloss, a 3D edgeband produces the same mirror effects as would a pane of glass.
